Take your favorite pie crust recipe (ours is in both Maximum Flavor and Gluten Free Flour Power) and add 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Then roll out your dough in shortbread crumbs. It’s that simple. We’re going to use it for the next batch of strawberry pie, but it would be equally good with lemon cream pie, banana cream pie, or custard pie… hmmm, maybe I’ll rethink that strawberry filling.
