One of the tricks to being a good cook is being able to see the possibilities in your ingredients. There was a time when I would look at these bananas and think I’d better eat them quickly. They’re on the smaller side, so maybe some scones with cashew butter or some muffins with apples and oatmeal streusel. There’s enough there for banana cream pie or even a simple pudding.
