In keeping with our New Year’s Resolution, we got our hands on a bunch of Potters Moon Oysters. I was happily the shucker. We were first introduced to these oysters years ago during a lunch with Ben and Heidi Sukle and Grandma Kitty at the Matunuck Oyster Bar in Rhode Island. These oysters are salty, briny, and refreshing. Even as the snow and ice surrounded us, we were enjoying the serenity of great memories and oyster indulgence.
