It is not hidden, but you do have to work for it. I think that is what we often overlook: the effort, the time, the commitment. Instead of spending time looking for hidden potential, we need to spend the time working with what is in front of and around us. I forget this all the time, and it takes a moment of natural beauty to knock me back into alignment. And so here we have a potential dish, in front of us in the raw. Now comes the difficult and pleasurable task of bringing it to the plate.
