We freeze our buttermilk frozen custard in silicone doughnut molds. When the custard is solid, we remove it from the mold and roll it in a crumb topping. Today we rolled the custard in our strawberry streusel, which is a combination of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, white chocolate, freeze-dried strawberries, and salt. The combination of doughnuts and custard continues to inspire.
