We packed up our bags and tins of salt and headed north to the once quiet mountain village of Aspen. It is unbelievable seeing how a town comes to life around an event based solely on food and wine. Sure, there are tons of advertising dollars and marketing campaigns; heck, that is why we are here, but the original premise is just food, wine, and a great celebration. Off to find coffee, my brain does not work too well without the coffee.
