These cakes certainly look pretty. Unfortunately, they were completely undercooked. Meringue-topped cakes have a definite learning curve, especially if you have an oven that habitually runs low. Sometimes a new obsession can be quite challenging. On the bright side, I’ve rediscovered classic chocolate mousse, and I am quite enjoying it, possibly for the very first time. When I was younger, it was all about the pudding. Now, back to the drawing board.
