We went to Ashley’s ice cream shop in Madison, CT. I was thrilled to see liquid marshmallow as a topping. I was even more excited to watch Amaya create a dessert of black raspberry, liquid marshmallow, and cookie crumbs. She is a marshmallow fanatic and jumped at the opportunity to pair it with the fragrant ice cream. It had me wondering where all the liquid marshmallow has gone and why I’m not finding a way to make my own and integrate it into doughnut land and beyond.
