The duality of our marble doughnut inspired a double topping. In the past, we have done black and white. Aki reminded me how much she enjoyed our coffee glaze. To emphasize her point, she topped our marble clusters with a blend of chocolate and coffee glazes. The result was a rich, bright, flavorful pull-apart coffee and doughnut experience.
