We have added 2 more cereal crumbs to our repertoire. We combined Cinnamon Toast Crunch with caramelized white chocolate. We combined Cocoa Pebbles with milk chocolate. Both cereal chocolate combinations were better than the individual parts. We use these crumbs on doughnuts. But I believe they have incredible possibilities beyond doughnut land: from topping ice cream to being shaped into truffles, to being processed into full-fledged chocolate bars.
