We created the strawberry cornflakes cracklings for more than just a delicious snack. They were destined to be the cake topper for our cornflakes crepe cake. We made an intense cornflakes milk and used that to make crepes. We layered the crepes with a whipped cream enriched with freeze-dried strawberry-powdered sugar. We topped the cake with large shards of the strawberry cornflakes cracklings. The cake ate like a bowl of cornflakes spiked with an abundance of fresh strawberries. The cake is crush-worthy.
