Seven parts later, the entire cauliflower used, we have a dish. We sautéed the cauliflower scallops in salted butter and placed them on the cauliflower custard. We seasoned the encapsulated cauliflower with cauliflower charcoal and salt and put it on the custard. We added the crispy leaves, the cauliflower stem kimchi, and the feta brined cauliflower core.
