After cooking up tons of pasta at Star Chefs, we headed over to Roberta’s for dinner. I was unprepared for the chaos that is Roberta’s, with its many nooks, crannies, bars, and shipping containers. After we paid penance at the cold table, we were graciously seated inside, where we went to town on the menu. And our greatest discovery was the ability to add an egg to any pizza. It is no easy feat to cook a perfect egg on a pizza, and to do it repeatedly in an insanely busy restaurant is even more impressive. The pizzas were amazing. The eggs, an added luxury that made them unforgettable.
