Alex will be teaching classes at EL Ideas in Chicago this Sunday, January 19, and Monday, January 20, 2014. The cost for each 2 1/2-hour class is $125 per person, and if you sign up for multiple classes, each additional class is only $100. The collaborative dinner with chef Phillip Foss on Monday evening will be $185 per person. The class schedule is as follows:
