This is our K2 Dog. The K1 dog, which has another name, is coming shortly. This dog is wrapped in a half sheet of nori and then broiled. We serve it on a griddled potato bun with yuzu kosho mayonnaise, smoked ketchup, and cucumber kimchi. We then top it with shavings of our hot dog katsuobushi. This dog is an amalgamation of delicious flavors and textures. I plan to crush many more of these dogs in the near future.
