I am really excited about our crispy ribbons of coconut cream. My initial attempts produced coarse and unpolished results. It was a frustrating process, yet the failed crisps may end up in another preparation. I knew what I was looking for; it just took some time to step back and figure out how to tackle the problem. I am finally satisfied with my results. Any guesses as to what I was chasing?
