From JB Prince is a two-piece magnetic truffle mold. It creates beautifully smooth, round spheres. Clearly, we won’t be restricting ourselves to chocolate. Each mold creates 32 pieces, perfectly sized, as they are or ready to be rolled in something crisp, crackly, or dipped into something smooth. We were just working with someone who dreamed of making pad thai Rocher. Who knows what we’ll dream up next?
