In response to the commentary on the visual aesthetics of our pumpernickel noodles, we integrated them into a dish. The noodles are paired with sockeye salmon and a blend of grated olives, pistachios, and chives. The aroma and taste of the pumpernickel pair quite well with the bites of salmon. And while the dish is designed to highlight the noodles, the grated condiment is the star of the dish. The interplay between the olives, pistachios, and chives really works well with the rich, dense fish and the earthy pumpernickel noodles.
