So we started packing today. That said, time got away from us. Here is a visual of a tasty cheese course we were able to photograph this past week. It is Double Gloucester with lemon-marinated chanterelle mushrooms, young marjoram, a huckleberry ribbon, and powdered yuzu. By the way, our book box count just hit 45, we have gone through five rolls of tape, and we are not even close. We need to curb our book-buying habit.
