There’s an interesting article about Wylie Dufresne over on the Business Week website. It has some great descriptions of his food along with a brief riff on molecular gastronomy. Readers of this site may recognize the picture featured on the first slideshow link as one of ours, and if you click through you’ll see a brief mention attached to the photo about us and what we do out here in the wilderness.
