There’s an interesting article about Wylie Dufresne over on the Business Week website. It has some great descriptions of his food along with a brief riff on molecular gastronomy. Readers of this site may recognize the picture featured on the first slideshow link as one of ours, and if you click through you’ll see a brief mention attached to the photo about us and what we do out here in the wilderness. The other chefs featured in the slideshow are Wylie—of course, Grant Achatz, Jose Andres, and Homaro Cantu, vaunted company indeed. Not to toot our own horns, but how cool is that?
