We have a stack of dishes to work on and fine-tune along with incoming guests and the usual day-to-day operations of The Guest House. What draws my attention are two ideas which are just in the first stages of development. The first is a cube with different flavor components assembled like a block puzzle. The other is shrimp orecchiette. Both of these concepts make my mind race, and yet I have become caught at the starting gate. Aki notes that if there is something I must do, I will put it off until there are no other options. She may be right with this one.
