Tomorrow we are getting our first day off in literally weeks, so we’ll be able to get back to doing a bit more writing to accompany the short posts and photographs we’ve been providing lately. Thanks to Noam, in spite of our schedule, we were aware of the article in the Times on HFCS. A recent comment inspired by the article brought back the question of whether or not HFCS is really as bad as people think. Since neither of us has had the time recently to do any research on the subject, we’re simply going to point you in the direction of two other informed and opinionated bloggers and what they had to say on the subject. Kate has written several educational posts on HFCS, and Barbara spent part of the holiday writing her own thoughtful account of the subject. I have yet to come across anyone writing about the positive aspects of HFCS, but perhaps the absence of kudos speaks for itself.
