Well, as I am continuing to learn, not everything needs to be food-related to be inspirational. Just wanted to let everyone know that this video was taken by Alex as he jumped off a bridge on the side of the road in Hilo. According to the people we were traveling with, jumping off that bridge is a rite of passage for the high school students in the area, and Alex simply couldn’t resist trying it out for himself. Since we had the new camera, a jumper’s view can be shared with our readers. Now that we’ve figured out how to put videos on, we’ll work on the demonstrations, but as they were about an hour long each, I think we’ll have to learn how to edit before we put them up here. We also have plans for making some culinary short takes when we return to Colorado at the end of the month.
