Once we were able to sauté water, I needed to find out what other potential possibilities existed. I literally just began to scratch the surface by combining prickly pear puree and rice vinegar to make a savory, hot, melting bite. What is next? I am not sure, but I am happy with this morning’s exploits as well as challenged, for I realize the painting is huge and I am looking at the first brush stroke.
