We continued to explore the uses of dairy today. We were able to make a crust, a cooking vessel, and gnocchi. What I am learning is twofold. First, do not assume something cannot be done. Second, make sure you write down what you are doing, so if you happen across something interesting, you are able to repeat it. Today we were fortunate; hopefully, tomorrow will be equally fruitful.
