This should have been a no-brainer. It probably was, but my brain got in the way. What better way to show off vanilla salt than with caramel-butter popcorn? Simple, to the point, and it’s good. Rich butter, not-too-sweet caramel, and vanilla salt. I don’t know why it took this long; I mean, one of my brilliant ideas was to do miniature corn on the cob with butter and sprinkle it with the vanilla salt. Cut to the chase, eliminate the unnecessary, and we end up where we should have begun—popcorn.
