Cinnamon Roll Crullers

My memory of a cinnamon roll is one of soft, tender dough, with a slightly fermented flavor, intense cinnamon aroma, and creamy, rich frosting. We recreate that iconic experience in our vanilla-buttermilk glazed cruller topped with cinnamon icing.
