Pressure Toasted Everything

We started with the Everything Spice Blend from Ideas in Food: Great Recipes and Why They Work. We added some yeast, specifically pressure-toasted yeast, because it is a staple flavor enhancer in our kitchen. We put the mixture in mason jars, closed their lids, and pressure cooked them in a water bath for 90 minutes. The result was a toasty, heady, intense Everything Spice Blend. Now the difficulty lies in editing ourselves and not putting it on everything.
