There is an art to toasting the perfect marshmallow over a campfire to make the ideal s’more or just to indulge in a well-cooked marshmallow off a stick. Since campfires are often difficult to control inside the house and at a moment’s notice, we decided to make toasted fluff. The spreadable marshmallow tastes as if it was masterfully watched and turned to cook uniformly, and its spreadability mirrors the texture of a molten marshmallow. The only thing missing is the smoke in your eyes.
