Here is a great shot of some really tasty fresh sheep’s milk cheese in the making from 3 Corner Field Farm. We were lucky enough to sneak a peek at the cheese room where this fresh cheese was resting on racks. We also had the opportunity to eat a slightly more mature version of this cheese. It sparked the idea of a dried fruit draped sheep’s milk cheese with white anchovies and Lampong pepper puree.
