We started working with hot floating islands. Since we had some of our raspberry beer available, we tailored the dish to its flavor profile. We were merely working on application, though we needed the flavors and tastes to be on point in order to prove our theories. Today, we made a green tea-tomato broth with green peaches, warmed tomatoes, and a floating island of raspberry beer with lovage. The application worked, and the island held its structure. Now we need to put the success of one dish into practice with others.
