(We’re a bit out of order here, but we really enjoyed this menu and wanted to share it)

Spiny Lobster
passion fruit-soy, hoja santa, mint blossom

Nori Sirloin
grilled corn, green chile, bacon

Seared Scallop
banana-tamarind, apple-pineapple purée, shiitake mushroom vinaigrette

Chabis Feuille
black mission figs, sea beans, mallow root

Poached Peach
champagne sorbet, nasturtium leaf yogurt
